What we collect

• Email address — only if you email jason.taken@hedgestone.com directly or subscribe to future updates (the latter is not active yet).
• Calendar booking information — name and email you provide to OneCal when booking a call. OneCal is the data controller for booking data; we receive only what you choose to share with us in the booking confirmation.
• Anonymous analytics — we may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count page views, referrers, and CTA clicks. We do not sell or share this data.

What we do not collect

• We maintain a confidential listings inventory (500+ active NY opportunities); access requires a vetted buyer profile and signed NDA. We do not publicly display seller or business financial information.
• We do not place advertising cookies.
• We do not sell data to third parties.

Booking calls

The call-to-action buttons on this site link to https://app.onecal.io/b/jasontaken/free-biz-chat, which is operated by OneCal. When you book, you\'re interacting with OneCal\'s service. Their privacy policy applies to the data you enter there. We receive notice of the booking and the contact information you\'ve shared with us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you\'ve shared with us by emailing jason.taken@hedgestone.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we\'ll update the date above and link to the prior version on request.
